Canberra is Australia's sleepy little capital city. It is spacious clean and seems a little empty, but manages to support a growing Latin dance scene.

We just returned from the Canberra Latin Dance Festival, which is a popular annual event featuring shows, workshops and social dancing for multiple Latin dance styles.

During the week there are a couple of regular parties. The Thursday nights at The Uni Pub has been running a while now, and it is a great place for social dancing.

On Fridays there is the Havana Nights party at The Monkey Bar.

As far as schools go you have a number of options.
