The house band, Son Santiaguero, led by the its very experienced band leader, Mr. Luis Sosa, bases its unique version of Salsa with arrangements from Cuban 'sonora' groups of the 1950s-60s, adding to its repertoire the standard Merengue sounds which are characteristic of a typically experienced Dominican dance orchestra, from the Cibao Valley Region, the geographical area where the core Merengue sound originates. Drop by for a Sunday night, you'll be glad you did.
